According to McKinsey’s Diversity wins report, in 2019, top-quartile companies outperformed those in the fourth one by 36% in profitability. Additionally, companies with above-average total diversity had both 19% higher innovation revenues and 9% higher EBIT margins on average, as told by the Harvard Business Review.
