Workforce Logiq’s annual Performance Excellence Program was created in 2016 and highlights high-performing talent supply partners. Honorees are selected based on a variety of criteria deemed crucial to client satisfaction, including customers serviced, cycle time, submittals per requisition, percentage of submittals hired, program compliance, fill ratio, and more. These metrics are analyzed across a twelve-month period to create a total performance score.
“We’re honored to receive the prestigious Workforce Logiq 2020 Proven Performer acknowledgment for the fifth consecutive year! And we’re proud to partner with the leading global workforce management company that shares our principles and values,” says Rothman Moncayo, President and CEO of Avispa Technology. “Workforce Logiq has been a terrific partner, aiding us in achieving our mission of placing highly talented and diverse individuals with the utmost transparency at world-class organizations.”
