WellRight announced the release of its newest book, 104 Challenges, the fourth in a series of books by the company’s president and CEO, Tad Mitchell. The book aims to inspire readers to feel empowered when it comes to their wellness goals. By providing over one-hundred challenges (104 to be exact) focused on the six key areas of well-being, the new book provides readers with even more activities to help them work happier and live better.

“In my own wellness journey, I have noticed that focusing on all dimensions of my life–not just the physical–has dramatically improved my well-being,” explains Tad Mitchell, “Being the fourth book in the series, 104 Challenges has some of the broadest, deepest and most creative ideas for wellness activities—many of which I discovered while working on improving myself with my wellness coach.”

Stella Grizont, executive coach, professional speaker, and creator of Work Happier Now, wrote the book’s forward. “When it comes down to it, the key to truly flourishing is knowing that you have the power to create your own reality, no matter what. When you see yourself making progress on what matters, you actually develop an organic sense of confidence,” she explains.

Examples of some of the challenges included in the book are Gratitude Partner—exchange daily gratitude texts with your partner, Walking Zone—meditate as you walk each day, Best Thing—ask others about the best thing that happened to them, and Generation Gap—seek advice from another generation.
