Ultra Consultants Earns 2021 Great Place to Work Certification

The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at the company. This year, 90 percent of Ultra employees said it is a great place to work – 31 points higher than the average U.S. company.

In this year’s survey, Ultra Consultants achieved top scores in responses to the following statements:

  • 96% – I believe management would lay people off only as a last resort.
  • 96% – I am able to take time off from work when I think it’s necessary.
  • 96% – When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride.
