The TalentLaunch Network Announces Michelle D’Amato as President of The McIntyre Group

The McIntyre Group, a Connecticut-based staffing and recruitment firm and member of the TalentLaunch Network, recently added Michelle D’Amato as President. In this role, Michelle will be responsible for the growth and overall performance of this professional staffing company within Connecticut and New York.

Prior to joining The McIntyre Group, Michelle was most recently Managing Partner for PRI Technology in West Hartford, Connecticut. Michelle started her staffing career running a full desk specializing in IT. For over 20 years, she has held a variety of sales and recruiter roles within staffing firms resulting in numerous awards, including winning #1 regional branch as well as receiving multiple regional sales awards. Michelle also built a staffing firm inside of a managed service provider (MSP).

Her passion lies in building strong relationships and empowering her teams to reach their goals and the opportunity to change people’s lives daily! Michelle is married to her husband, Pasquale, and has two children Amanda, age 29, who lives in Connecticut and Brianna, age 25, who lives in Washington D.C.
