Recruitics Wins Best Company for Leadership & Diversity in 2020 Comparably Awards

Recruitics, the data-centric recruitment marketing agency, has won two 2020 Comparably Awards – Best Company for Diversity 2020 & Best Leadership Teams 2020.

The Comparably Awards were decided based on anonymous employee ratings on Comparably.com, and the final data set was compiled from 10 million ratings across 60,000 large and small U.S. companies. Recruitics ranked among the top 50 for Best Company for Diversity, out of tens of thousands of North American companies.

Nicole Morris, VP of People Success at Recruitics, shared that diversity, inclusion and equity are a top priority for the company, as seen with the formation of the Recruitics Diversity, Equity and Inclusion group. “This internal group is dedicated to continuous improvements towards a culture of diversity and inclusion. Membership is voluntary, and every team throughout the organization is represented in the group by at least one member,” she said proudly.

This team crafted the company’s mission statement towards diversity: “The Recruitics Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team is committed to creating, maintaining, and evolving an authentic culture of belonging and connection through empowerment and education of shared and unique backgrounds.” Morris also shared some of the activities that have supported that mission, such as surveying employees on areas to improve, training for managers and employees, and initiatives showcasing diverse cultures through employee experience.

He continued in regards to each award, saying that “the Best Company for Diversity award tells us that our mission to be inclusive is having an impact on the actual employee experience” and that he is both “proud and appreciative that our employees recognize the strength and resilience of this amazing leadership team, most especially this year.”
