Mr. Groark is an executive search professional with over 10 years in retained executive search, most recently, working in a boutique firm where he led all administrative leadership searches. Previously, Mark held progressively responsible roles at two global executive search firms – Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles. At Heidrick, he was a member of the global financial officer practice – serving a client base of Fortune 500 and small and medium-sized public and private companies.
