“These companies raise the bar for cultural excellence and the ability to adapt to meet changing needs of employees”

The annual awards program recognizes companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, in eight of the largest tech markets in the country, including Boston, the location of Logz.io’s U.S. Headquarters. Logz.io was recognized for its leading benefits program and strong culture of employees dedicated to helping organizations and engineers around the globe unlock the power of open source monitoring software.

“2020 was a challenging year for all of us. In response to these challenges, we are continuing to evaluate and evolve our culture in COVID times, making sure we are adapting to different employees’ needs. Being recognized as one of Built In’s top places to work in 2021 shows that our efforts are making an impact and our employees are enjoying the culture we have worked so hard to create,” said Dana Harduf, VP of Global HR, Logz.io.

As a result of COVID-19, Logz.io’s global team rapidly adapted to a work from anywhere model, which presented new opportunities for onboarding, developing personal connections between employees, and work-life harmony. Logz.io responded by offering employees online recreational activities such as yoga and pilates, sending “Thinking of You” gifts throughout the year, providing work from home equipment and a subsidy, as well as adding extra “Take Care of Yourself” days off so employees can enjoy more down-time and relaxation with family and friends.

“Since we believe our employees are our greatest asset, we know how important it is to take care of them and their families (even pets!), by offering benefits, perks, and the flexibility that helps them feel appreciated and contributes to their overall well-being,” says Sandy Tente, Senior U.S. HR Manager, Logz.io.

Built In determines winners for Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and cultural programs. To reflect the attributes that candidates are searching for on Built In’s search platform, this year’s program weighted certain criteria more heavily, like the availability of remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity and inclusion.

“These companies raise the bar for cultural excellence and the ability to adapt to meet changing needs of employees,” says Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer, Built In. “The 2021 winners show a commitment not just to creating meaningful cultures but to delivering talent needs as they change in a dynamic landscape. We’re thrilled to extend our congratulations to the winners.”

Since its inception, Logz.io has significantly expanded, growing headcount in Boston, Tel Aviv, London, Kiev and remote offices around the globe. The company now employs staff across three continents and is continuing to expand in 2021 with over 30 local and remote open positions across sales, marketing, support, and more.
