logz.io, a leading cloud-native observability platform for modern DevOps teams, today announced that it was recognized as one of Boston’s top 100 places to work by Built In Boston’s 2021 Best Places To Work Awards. The company was awarded in multiple categories including #5 on the 100 Best Midsize Companies to Work, #11 on the 50 Companies with Best Perks and Benefits, and #13 on the 100 Best Places to Work list.

The annual awards program recognizes companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, in eight of the largest tech markets in the country, including Boston, the location of Logz.io’s U.S. Headquarters. Logz.io was recognized for its leading benefits program and strong culture of employees dedicated to helping organizations and engineers around the globe unlock the power of open source monitoring software.

As a result of COVID-19, Logz.io’s global team rapidly adapted to a work from anywhere model, which presented new opportunities for onboarding, developing personal connections between employees, and work-life harmony. Logz.io responded by offering employees online recreational activities such as yoga and pilates, sending “Thinking of You” gifts throughout the year, providing work from home equipment and a subsidy, as well as adding extra “Take Care of Yourself” days off so employees can enjoy more down-time and relaxation with family and friends.

To reflect the attributes that candidates are searching for on Built In’s search platform, this year’s program weighted certain criteria more heavily, like the availability of remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity and inclusion.
