“We’re thrilled to be recognized for the collaborative culture and strong benefits we offer at LeanDNA, especially as we continue to grow”

This announcement follows LeanDNA’s recent recognition as winner of the 2020 NextGen Supply Chain Analytics Award, as well as its launch of manufacturing’s first inventory optimization workflows.

“LeanDNA prides itself on creating a people-first and empowering work culture where our employees can thrive. We’re honored to be celebrated by Built In for this ongoing commitment,” said Richard Lebovitz, President and CEO of LeanDNA. “This past year brought a whirlwind of change and uncertainty, but also opportunity, which our dedicated team fully embraced to drive success and growth for both our organization and our clients.”

The annual awards include companies of all sizes, from startups to the enterprise, across the eight largest U.S. tech markets. Built In determines winners for Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs. To reflect the attributes candidates are searching for on Built In today, this year’s program weighted criteria more heavily, like remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized for the collaborative culture and strong benefits we offer at LeanDNA, especially as we continue to grow,” says Jeanmarie Rust, Head of People Operations and Recruiting at LeanDNA. “Our company is built on a core set of values and every decision we make – hiring new employees, workplace perks, employee shout outs, and more – aligns back to those principles. We’ve been fortunate to expand our team by over 20 new members in 2020, in large part due to the hard work of our highly engaged and talented employees. We look forward to continuing that momentum this year.”
