LandrumHR moves to Downtown Pensacola, Florida

LandrumHR is thrilled to be moving to the heart of downtown Pensacola, Florida, with a grand opening event on June 22nd. The thriving downtown business community and newly renovated office space offers several benefits for collaboration with internal employees and clients

Currently celebrating its 50th anniversary, LandrumHR has announced a move to the heart of downtown Pensacola, Florida.

The company’s new office is located at 219 E. Garden St. on the 5th floor of the ServisFirst building. LandrumHR will celebrate with a grand opening event on June 22nd.

“We transitioned to a mostly remote workforce about a year ago and knew we would need to make a change to our physical presence to adapt,” said Britt Landrum, III, President and CEO of LandrumHR. “A move downtown will integrate our focus on technology and offer us more flexibility for collaborating with our internal employees and our clients. The move also places us in the center of Pensacola’s thriving downtown business community and offers some modern touches that are more in line with our corporate culture.”

The newly renovated office space features private workspaces as well as collaborative areas where teams can work together, two digital media walls, creative stonework, and moss walls. With a stunning view of Downtown Pensacola, the new office space is a mixture of modern and industrial, with a great open concept that is perfect for community events and internal collaboration.

“It’s a chance for our Pensacola employees to see each other more frequently, and our employees from across the country to travel to Pensacola to meet in person,” said Landrum.

“We’re excited to think about being able to walk to lunch together, go shopping downtown or stay for evening events,” Landrum said. “We believe a hybrid workplace will be ideal for the future of work, will continue to strengthen our engaged workforce, and will offer our clients an optimized experience for the new way we’re all doing business.”

The company’s Workforce Solutions division will remain in a newly renovated building at 6715 Plantation Road.
