Korn Ferry Signs Fabiana Gadow as Senior Client Partner

Brings to the Firm 25+ Years of Experience in Talent and Organizational Consulting

The global organizational consulting firm, Korn Ferry announced the onboarding of Fabiana Gadow as Country Manager for Argentina and Leader in the advisory practice. She will be based in the Buenos Aires office of Korn Ferry.

Fabiana Gadow has over 25 years of experience in talent and organizational consulting and corporate HR Management. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked at a boutique firm specializing in Integrated Solutions combining Change Management, Leadership, HR Strategy, Talent, and Diversity. She was a Partner and Director of HR for Latin America at a global consulting organization. Fabiana belonged to the executive team that founded the Latin American Countries Organization region for the company. She helped build local teams and assisted with the design and implementation of firm policies for the company.

Fabiana Gadow Has Deep Theoretical and Practical Knowledge of All Aspects of Human Resources

Dominique Virchaux, President, South America, Korn Ferry welcomed Fabiana to the team. “Fabiana is known for having deep theoretical and practical knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources, as well as proven leadership skills,” he said. Dominique further added that Fabiana was capable of identifying and driving strategies, and she had the ability to achieve measurable goals for the company.

Fabiana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Boston. She has held numerous high-level corporate HR roles throughout her career. She has garnered considerable experience in developing HR strategies and Managing policies and procedures for global organizations. Additionally, she has also acted as an internal consultant. In that role, she oversaw programs that included an employee value proposition, employee engagement, competency modeling, compensation structure, executive assessment, organizational effectiveness, and succession. She expressed delight at joining Korn Ferry.
