Julie Iskow Named Chief Operating Officer of Workiva

Workiva  provider of the world’s leading connected reporting and compliance platform, announced that the company’s Board of Directors has named Julie Iskow to be Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1. Iskow will report to Marty Vanderploeg, Workiva Chief Executive Officer.

Iskow was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Medidata Solutions, a leading technology and data platform for life sciences. She was responsible for developing and executing Medidata’s technology strategy and leading the teams that design, develop, deliver and support the company’s platform of cloud-based solutions, data analytics and AI capabilities. Iskow also serves on the Board of Directors of Vocera Communications.

Prior to Medidata, Iskow was Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at WageWorks. Before joining WageWorks, she spent more than a decade in engineering and technology leadership positions, including Vice President of Engineering at Asyst Technologies and GW Associates.
