Rand has a BS in finance from Lehigh University, and both a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR), and MBA from Cornell University. Rand knows how to manage and drive change through successful acquisition integrations, and how to take a data-driven approach that informs and complements the human side of employee experience.
