The COVID-19 pandemic has continued to play an impacting role on people’s mental health and overall wellbeing. According to recent research conducted by Gympass, 69% of employees have experienced burnout since remote work was mandated. As a result, Gympass, the world’s largest corporate wellness benefits platform, announced the expansion of its offerings with the addition of wellness coaching sessions. Informed by data from a recent global survey, Gympass found that nearly 95% of people say their wellness routine is important to their productivity at work. According to the Gympass global survey, 77% of respondents say that it’s important to them that their employer provides affordable wellness options, pointing to a clear call to action for employers worldwide.
