Korn Ferry announced Fabiana Gadow has joined the firm as country manager for Argentina and leader in the advisory practice. She is based in Korn Ferry’s Buenos Aires office.
Gadow joins Korn Ferry from a boutique firm specializing in integrated solutions combining change management, HR strategy, leadership, talent and diversity. She brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in talent and organizational consulting and corporate HR management.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Gadow was partner and director of human resources for Latin America at a global consulting firm. There, she was part of the executive team that founded the Latin American Countries Organization region for the company, building local teams and the design and implementation of firm policies. She led a region-wide cultural change and organizational development process, in addition to the firm’s leadership development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and diversity programs.
Earlier in her career, Gadow held several high-level corporate HR roles for global companies where she developed the HR strategy and managed policies and procedures. She also acted as an internal consultant, designing and implementing programs covering employee value proposition, competency modelling, employee engagement, executive assessment, succession, compensation structure, and organizational effectiveness. In these roles, she gained hands-on experience in M&A transactions and restructuring projects.

Gadow holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Buenos Aires and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Boston.
