Dremio Adds Top Talent to Executive Management Team

Dremio, the data lake engine company, announced a significant expansion of its executive management team with the appointment of Ohad Almog as Vice President of Customer Success, Colleen Blake as Vice President of People and Thirumalesh Reddy as Vice President of Engineering. These seasoned industry veterans have joined Dremio on the heels of the company’s recent successes, including a $70 million Series C round of funding.

Ohad Almog is responsible for the customer success organization at Dremio, including customer onboarding, implementation services, training and technical support. Prior to Dremio, Ohad served as Vice President of Customer Success at Harness, a CICD platform as-a-service, backed by Menlo Ventures and IVP. Earlier in his career, Ohad built the customer success organization at OverOps, a software analytics company that provides a unique code analysis technology and led the customer success team at Capriza.

Colleen Blake joins Dremio from GuideSpark where she was Senior Vice President of People and Places. With a passion for creating high-performing cultures, Colleen brings versatile leadership experience in HR, marketing, IT and services roles from various companies including Brocade Communications, ServiceRocket, and Accenture. Colleen has been the recipient of the Silicon Valley Women of Influence Award and recognized as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” in honor of the diversity and inclusion efforts she has led.

Thirumalesh Reddy, Dremio’s new Vice President of Engineering, leads Dremio’s global engineering team and is responsible for product innovation and delivery. Prior to joining Dremio, Thirumalesh served as SVP of Engineering and Cloud Ops at Instart (Acquired by Akamai). Previously, Thirumalesh served as VP of Engineering at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, responsible for the Cloud Networking services supporting the growth of this multi-billion dollar business. Early in his career, Thirumalesh held several technology leadership roles at VMware.
