To get started, users add the free askBetty Slack app to their workspace and follow the prompts to create an account. Users pre-purchase task credits, available in 15-minute increments, on the secure client portal. To submit a task, users open the app and type, “Hey Betty, I need help with X.” Betty will ask a couple of questions and then get right to work.
