Maddie joined the company more than a year ago as Senior Director of Operations and was promoted to Head of Product in October 2019. She is now leading the company’s product, operations, and marketing teams, enabling nurses to work on their terms through its easy to use app.

Maddie previously led strategic initiatives for doctors and health care providers at athenahealth. She has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Boston College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.
