Mary-Frances Winters is the founder and president of The Winters Group, Inc., a global diversity and inclusion consulting firm. Recently named as one of 10 Diversity and Inclusion Trailblazers by Forbes Magazine, she has also been named a diversity pioneer by Profiles in Diversity Journal, the recipient of the ATHENA Award and the Winds of Change Award conferred by the Forum on Workplace Inclusion. In addition to We Can’t Talk About that at Work and the upcoming Inclusive Conversations, Winters will be releasing Black Fatigue: How Racism Erodes the Mind, Body, and Spirit this year.
