RLG Capital and Trinity Investors Increase Investment in eLearning Brothers

  • Acquisitions of Rehearsal and Origin Learning Grows “One-Stop” Provider for Learning and Development to more than 500 Employees Globally

RLG Capital & Trinity Investors announced an additional $54 million investment in learning solutions company eLearning Brothers (eLB), enabling its simultaneous acquisition of industry leaders Rehearsal and Origin Learning. This injection of funds provided eLB with the capital needed to acquire these sector leaders and to recapitalize its debt. As part of the restructuring, Prudential’s PGIM Private Capital has replaced all previous debt providers and is now the sole debtholder for eLB, which better positioning the Company for future acquisitions. These acquisitions extend eLearning Brothers’ leadership in offering the most comprehensive learning and development products and services available.
