With many diverse career paths, company ownership and great benefits, we welcome new grads to consider a career with Publix.”

Publix offers learning/development opportunities to support new graduates and young professionals in order to help them succeed in their careers. Publix also has a strong promote-from-within philosophy and believes that investing in recent graduates helps build up the next generation of leaders.

Over 20,000 U.S. young professionals — employees who have less than 10 years of work experience — were asked in an independent survey to assess their employers according to atmosphere and development, image, working conditions, salary and wage, workplace and diversity. They were also asked whether they would recommend their employer to others and then evaluated other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. Participants work for companies that employ at least 1,000 people within the U.S.
