Jianzhi Education Technology Group Company Limited Announces Closing of US$25,000,000 Initial Public Offering

Jianzhi Education Technology Group Company Limited a leading provider of digital educational content in China, announced the closing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 American Depositary Shares (the “ADS”) at a public offering price of US$5.00 per ADS for the total gross proceeds of approximately US$25,000,000, assuming the underwriter does not exercise its over-allotment option to purchase additional ADSs. Each ADS represents two ordinary shares of the Company. The offering closed on Aug 30, 2022, U.S. Eastern time, and the ADSs began trading on Aug 26, 2022, U.S. Eastern time, on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “JZ”.
