Veteran Human Resources Professional and Non-Profit Leader, Tanya Gibson, Joins Funnel Leasing

Funnel Hires Chief People Officer to Embed H.O.M.E. into Company Culture and Elevate Employee Life at Renter Management Software Platform.

Funnel Leasing, the only Renter Management Software platform,announced the hiring of veteran human resources and non-profit leader, Tanya Gibson as Chief People Officer (CPO). As CPO, Tanya will engrain not only Funnel’s P.I.N.K. core values into everything Funnel does, but the mission of their industry-first 501(c)(3) H.O.M.E., Housing Opportunities Made Equal, as well. Funnel created H.O.M.E. to advance their commitment of building responsible technology and supporting causes that provide marginalized renters with access to safe and healthy housing. Gibson is a recent Global Impact Award for Equity in the Workplace winner, and joins Funnel from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America where she most recently served as VP of Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (JEDI) and HR.

She will lead Funnel’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) work, as well as build strategies, resources, and scalable processes that celebrate and affirm the uniqueness of Funnel’s diverse workforce.
