Toluna Appoints Mathilde Lelièvre to Chief People Officer

Newly created role will position Toluna as a world-leader in HR practices as the company experiences continued growth.

Toluna, the leading consumer insights provider and parent company of Harris Interactive and KuRunData,announced the appointment of Mathilde Lelièvre to the newly created role of Chief People Officer (CPO). Having experienced rapid growth over the past several years, Toluna has established the role of Chief People Officer to put the company at the forefront of human resources practices and continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Having worked for Toluna for over 17 years—most recently as Chief Operations Officer—Lelièvre has a proven track record of driving team engagement and delivering unrivalled client success. In this new role, she will be responsible for evolving Toluna’s strategy and vision for the HR delivery model, accelerating digital transformation of the function, and leading with a people-centric approach.

Lelièvre joined Toluna in 2005 as a Vice President of Operations, responsible for managing Toluna’s client services team. Over the past 15+ years, she has been instrumental in driving Toluna’s rapid growth and implementing the company’s global operations strategy, having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. Lelièvre will be responsible for developing strategies for Toluna’s 1,700+ employees across the globe.
