Jeff Bucklew brings decades of HR experience to Copeland, with an emphasis on creating inclusive and diverse cultures that drive business growth
Copeland, a global provider of sustainable climate solutions announced that Jeff Bucklew has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bucklew is the latest addition to the Copeland executive team, joining Chief Financial Officer Sean Lannon who was announced last moth and Chief Executive Officer Ross B. Shuster who was announced in May.
“Jeff brings nearly thirty years of human resources leadership experience to Copeland. This experience will be vital as we work together to build our company culture,” said Copeland Chief Executive Officer Ross B. Shuster. “We look forward to welcoming Jeff onto the Copeland team and working with him as he leads our HR organization in the implementation of people-first strategies including DE&I efforts, colleague engagement and talent development, which, in turn, will help us all create an even better Copeland.”

An experienced leader in Human Resources, before joining Copeland, Bucklew was most recently at IDEX (NYSE: IEX), where he led the HR function for nearly a decade and built a global team focused on creating an inclusive and diverse culture, helping position the business for growth. His background in retaining an entrepreneurial culture and unlocking the power of high performing teams will benefit Copeland as he oversees leadership of the HR organization and contributes to the development and execution of our strategies to strengthen and grow the business. Prior to IDEX, Bucklew led HR for R1 (formerly Accretive Health, Inc.) and held numerous positions at GE. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University.
