Cory Erickson has been hired for the role of President and Chief Operating Officer at Career Momentum, Inc., the Madison based talent managment consulting firm for Career Partners International.
Clara Nydam, Chief Executive Officer of Career Momentum, the Madison-based talent management consulting firm for Career Partners International, is pleased to announce the hire of Cory Erickson as President and Chief Operating Officer. “Cory’s extensive background in Human Resources, talent management, and leadership will be a key asset allowing us to grow our business in the Madison and surrounding area. We intend to utilize Cory’s talents to daily manage the business as well as in a business development role,” stated Nydam.

Erickson will be a co-owner of the business with Nydam. Ms. Nydam will continue as CEO and Chief Talent Officer focusing on service delivery and building the delivery team.
Most recently, Erickson was Director, Human Resources for Thermo Fisher Scientific in Fitchburg where he was a member of the business unit leadership team. His human resources experience spans more than 25 years over a variety of businesses. Erickson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and he holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
