People2.0 Names Matt Levin as Chief Executive Officer

People2.0, the world’s largest global employer of record (EOR) and agent of record (AOR) services provider announced the appointment of Matt Levin as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Levin succeeds Erik Vonk, who will continue in his role as Chairman of People2.0.

Levin joins People2.0 from Benefitfocus, where he has served as President and CEO since 2021 and led the company’s successful sale to Voya Financial earlier this year. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at ADP where he was responsible for the company’s overall growth strategy, corporate development, ADP Ventures, and the ADP Research Institute. Earlier in his career, Levin held senior roles at Aon plc and Hewitt Associates. He was a core member of the team that led the $4.9 billion merger between Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates, creating an industry-leading benefits and human resources solutions firm. Levin holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.

Levin joins People2.0 at a time of considerable momentum for the company.
