Excella Extends Support for U.S. Office of Personnel Management

Excella to drive modern software delivery & analytics solutions to support federal employee management efforts

Excella, a pioneer in Agile data solutions announced that the company has secured a series of agreements to extend support at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) through the joint venture partnership with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS). These 12-month period of performance agreements total more than $13M representing a continuation and expansion of Excella’s 18 years of support across OPM’s programs.

Excella will continue providing support for:

  • OPM’s Data Governance Board and the Human Capital Data Management and Modernization (HCDMM) Directorate – Excella will assist the agency in maturing its data visualization, infrastructure, skills, standards, and stewardship programs supporting OPM Data Governance Board initiatives.
  • OPM’s Human Resources Solutions (HRS) and the Federal Staffing Center (FSC) – Excella will support the launch of expanded offerings for the USA Suite of systems including USAJOBS, USA Staffing, USA Hire, and USA Data (Talent Acquisition and Analytics) with modern software delivery and analytics solutions, including modern data and pipeline architecture, dashboard development, and driving agile analytics.
  • OPM’s HRS and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) – Excella will provide business analysis, UX design, program management, change management, and subject matter expertise in Agile management to the USAJOBS program.
