Workforce Logiq, the workforce management company transforming how organizations win talent across the globe, announces the 2019 Proven Performers in its Performance Excellence Program. This year, 41 staffing organizations across the globe are being recognized for their commitment to supplying high quality talent and driving measurable results for Workforce Logiq customers.

“We’re excited to celebrate our supplier partners and recognize their role in helping us create successful workforce management programs that equip our customers to grow,” said Karen Maarouf, vice president of supplier relations at Workforce Logiq. “We’re uniquely positioned to engage with the top talent suppliers in the world, which enables our customers to secure the highest quality candidates and subsequently reduce risk, cycle time, and hiring costs.”

Created in 2016, Workforce Logiq’s annual Performance Excellence Program highlights high-performing talent supply partners, which are chosen based on a variety of criteria critical to its clients’ satisfaction, including customers serviced, cycle time, submittals per requisition, percentage of submittals hired, program compliance, fill ratio, and more. These metrics are analyzed across a twelve-month period and create a total performance score.

“We are honored to be recognized as a Proven Performer for the fourth year in a row as it highlights the dedication of our entire team to excel in our delivery and exceed program expectations globally,” said Adarsh Katyal, president & CEO of VARITE. “We greatly appreciate the mentorship, partnership, and growth opportunities Workforce Logiq has provided us over the years and congratulate all of this year’s performers on their achievements.”

This year’s Proven Performers have collectively filled tens of thousands of talent requisitions for client projects throughout the United States, as well as the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Scotland, India, Puerto Rico, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Brussels, France, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Niger, and Thailand.

Twelve Proven Performers have been named all four years and three are being recognized for a third time. Nineteen are diversity owned. The top job categories supported include information technology, engineering, accounting and finance, and human resources.
