It was awarded the Silver Stevie Award for its Corporate Response to the Global Pandemic, along with a Bronze Stevie Award in the HR category for Great Employers.

The Stevie Award judges commended Valor Global for how they have supported their staff and the community during the COVID-19 crisis. “Gaining new seats for new employees and providing the much-needed community help are both commendable accomplishments,” wrote one panel judge.

Mayo. “While this has been a challenging year for all, we were able to grow Valor Global by 40% since the beginning of March, providing over 500 new job opportunities, while also continuing to give back to the community with various philanthropic efforts.”

More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others. This year’s competition also featured a number of free-to-enter categories to recognize organizations’ and individuals’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
