  • Tailored Search Services: Multiple custom offerings are available, including contained search, on-site management of the entire recruitment process, and more.
  • Service Guarantee: Clients receive a 100 percent fee refund for the first 100 days of a hire’s employment. Industry-standard guarantees are pro-rated in thirds over 90 days.
  • In-Depth Screening: In addition to in-person or video interviews, deep reference-checks will be conducted on every candidate before a hire is made. Many companies have dropped reference checks from their interview process and Vetted believes they are invaluable in providing key insights on how to best manage and motivate a new hire.
  • Diversity Hiring Support: The firm has demonstrated success supporting corporate diversity hiring initiatives across all levels, from manager to Vice President.

“We want to help companies navigate this new world of talent acquisition, where remote hiring and the renewed importance of diversity hiring have come to the forefront,” said Walsh, Vetted’s founder and Managing Partner. “With all that’s happened in 2020, it’s more important than ever to give back. To put that into action, we’re proud to donate 10 percent of our profits to local charitable causes while partnering with Boston-area businesses who share that mindset and are excited about the good we can do together.”

In addition to recruitment services, Vetted offers corporate outplacement assistance for employees transitioning out of an organization. These services include resume and LinkedIn review, networking strategies and introductions, personal branding assistance, and career goal-setting.

“We worked with Tim Walsh earlier this year on the search for our first-ever marketing leader, a really important position for us,” said Evan Richardson, CEO & founder of Boston-based Form Health, a medically supervised weight loss program delivered through your smartphone. “He was able to deliver a number of high-quality candidates in a short period of time, resulting in a successful hire, who’s been a terrific addition to our team. With the launch of Vetted, I’m confident he’ll be able to amplify his approach in partnering with other growth-stage companies.”

Despite the increased amount of talent available due to widespread layoffs at Boston-area tech companies and agencies since March of this year, identifying, engaging and hiring the right people still is not easy. More than 2,000 senior-level marketing, PR and sales jobs in the Greater Boston area have been advertised on LinkedIn in the past 30 days. While no one is sure when the pandemic will end, some experts predict we have already gone through the worst of the pandemic-induced recession. Additionally, it seems many local companies are finally truly committing to improving diversity hiring practices. Vetted is in an ideal position to help companies who are looking to build high-performing and diverse teams.
