In an attempt to foster a “People First” culture of care, Ultimate Software allows its staff with three paid service days every year to volunteer at charitable trusts of their preference. Teams often organize community service outings collectively and also donate to a variety of causes and not-for-profit organizations across the year. The company matches 100% of the donations made by the employees towards the causes of natural disasters, unforeseen tragedies, or personal crises. Ultimate Software has a practice of coming up with several programs to support the physical and mental well-being of employees.
