Chief Analytics Officer Carol Jenkins discusses using behavioral and video assessments to improve hiring and retention to drive business performance
OutMatch, a leader in delivering actionable predictive analytics to build world-class workforces, announced that Chief Analytics Officer Carol Jenkins delivered a featured presentation during the Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech Conference. The event was presented by Human Resource Executive from November 28 to 30 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Jenkins was joined by Terri Lynn Cardona, Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Prometheus Real Estate Group, the largest private owner of multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Together, they discussed how predictive behavioral and video assessments delivered by OutMatch enabled Prometheus to shorten time to hire, attract and hire candidates with culture fit, and reduce turnover – all of which translated to increased productivity and reduced costs.
The results are significant for Prometheus: time to fill positions was reduced by 41 percent, from 54 days to 32 days; 90-day turnover was cut nearly in half, from 19 percent to 11 percent; and the candidate experience was improved, which was particularly effective in attracting candidates that were a good fit for the company’s culture.

“Working with OutMatch has been a game-changer in supporting the growth of Prometheus Real Estate Group,” said Cardona. “Backed by predictive analytics, we are hiring better candidates, doing it faster, and keeping them longer, ensuring we have the right team in place to support our business objectives.”
