OneDigital Partners With One Drop To Bring Condition Management Programs To Employers Nationwide

OneDigital partners with One Drop to deliver programs for people living with chronic conditions

OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest company focused solely on employee benefits and human resources, announced a national preferred partnership with One Drop, a leader in healthy lifestyle and condition management programs for employers. Through this partnership, OneDigital will enhance its integrated approach to wellbeing by offering over 50,000 employer clients access to One Drop’s digital self-care programs for people at-risk or living with chronic conditions.

After reviewing the marketplace, OneDigital selected One Drop based on their unique approach, which combines personalized one-on-one coaching with AI-powered predictive insights to deliver affordable, effective care. One Drop’s digital diabetes education and support program was the first ever recognized by the American Diabetes Association, with clinical results published in over 15 peer-reviewed journals or presentations. One Drop has since expanded to multi-condition management, offering programs for pre-diabetes, weight management, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

“At OneDigital we are encouraging our employer customers to rethink their approach to traditional disease management programs,” said Shira Wilensky, National Practice Leader of Health & Wellbeing at OneDigital. “It’s about offering employees the resources they want and value as a personalized, digital experience. We believe One Drop is the ideal partner to deliver on this new way forward.”

Beyond a personal coach, One Drop program participants receive AI-powered insights and unlimited access to an easy-to-use Personal Health Assistant. This digital tool monitors behaviors such as medication adherence, food and physical activity as well as blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, and other health markers. Self-care behaviors like blood sugar testing are broken down into simple daily tasks, making it easier to achieve significant A1c reduction and other long-term health goals.

In today’s competitive marketplace, employers need to offer innovative benefits solutions that set them apart as an employer-of-choice and help them attract and retain the best talent. OneDigital believes employers who appeal to the unique needs of employees across the spectrum of health and wellbeing have a competitive advantage to drive long-term business success.
