Dan Tassone promoted as Chief Revenue Officer to lead new sales organization; Erin Jordan promoted to Vice President of Human Resources

NWN Carousel, the leading integrated cloud communications service provider, announced it has appointed two new members to its executive team. The promotions of Dan Tassone as Chief Revenue Officer and Erin Jordan to Vice President, Human Resources are expected to drive continued revenue and workforce growth in 2022 and beyond.

Tassone, prior to NWN’s acquisition of Carousel, led Carousel’s sales organization of over 100 account executives and played a key role in leading the company’s double-digit growth. He will be responsible for all integration, alignment and execution of the revenue-related functions at NWN Carousel including field and inside sales, pre-sale engineering, sales enablement, and strategic alliances. Tassone consistently grew the company’s profitability, including Managed Services by 50 percent and the Cisco business more than 2900 percent in four years.

Tassone will lead a newly reorganized sales organization, designed to better support the hybrid work needs of its over 7,000 customers by delivering from its expansive portfolio of cloud communications offerings, all managed from NWN Carousel’s proprietary Experience Management Platform.

Jordan was promoted from Director to Vice President of Human Resources at NWN Carousel. She will oversee the company’s HR teams, working closely with employees, managers, and executive team members to ensure that the needs of NWN Carousel employees are met. She has spent her career at NWN Carousel, beginning 15 years ago as an HR and Sales Assistant and over the last 15 years has worked her way up the ranks to become the Director of Human Resources in 2012.
