Newest Features in SutiHR Simplify Employee Record Management and Time Tracking

SutiSoft a leading provider of easy-to-use cloud-based online business management solutions, announces updates to the Personnel and Time Management modules within SutiHR. These new features enhance the productivity of HR Administrators by offering advanced searching capabilities, quicker access to information, bulk document uploads, asset assignment and revocation, and effective employee record management.

SutiHR’s auto clock in/out functionality enables users to automatically record their work hours when they are within the radius of the workplace at shift start/end time using their mobile devices. This feature streamlines time tracking and eliminates the need for manual recording.

These new features include:

  •     The Job Location filter has been added to the search option in the employees’ personal details page, helping HR Administrators quickly filter employees based on employees’ job location.
  •     HR Administrators can now assign assets to employees and revoke any assigned assets through the Personnel module setups.
  •     HR Administrators can delete the assigned assets and view a log of when assets were assigned, updated, and/or deleted on the Assets screen within each employees’ personal records.
  •     The solution allows HR Administrators to bulk-upload documents through the documents tab in employees’ personal records.

  •     HR Administrators can now quickly locate the list of documents assigned to an employee when creating a training schedule through the Personnel module.
  •     HR Administrators can create custom separation categories and subcategories as needed through the Personnel module setups. These custom categories and subcategories can be utilized when separating or terminating an employee.
  •     When creating a new location, HR Administrators can define whether employees should be allowed to automatically clock in/out from mobile devices or not. Based on the setup, employees assigned to the location will be automatically clocked in/out when they are within the radius of the assigned location at shift start/end time.
  •     HR Administrators or Managers can now approve timesheets, including holidays, through the email notification.
