Mutual of Omaha to Streamline Benefits Experience with PlanSource Boost

Mutual of Omaha is now participating in PlanSource Boost, a program created to modernize the employee benefits customer experience through optimized benefits shopping, simplified billing, preferred pricing and real-time integrations.

Through Boost, Mutual of Omaha will be able to provide customers with real-time, integrated benefits administration for all of its group benefit products. When customers select one or more Mutual of Omaha products available through the PlanSource Boost program, they receive:

  • Industry-leading integrations – PlanSource and Mutual of Omaha will roll out state-of-the-art integrations that improve the experience for employees and HR teams. Examples include APIs to automate the configuration of benefit plans, streamlined Evidence of Insurability and enrollment transactions and easy access to member portals.
  • An optimized employee experience – Consumer marketing experts enhance the employee shopping and enrollment experience, incorporating best practices and relevant content to help consumers find the benefits that are right for them.
  • Preferred pricing – Customers receive a preferred price for the PlanSource benefits technology platform.
  • Simple consolidated billing and payment – PlanSource provides self-billing services for the products offered from Mutual of Omaha, which saves HR teams time and eliminates the need to reconcile bills.
