Legal Intelligence provider Leopard Solutions is excited to announce the formation of a key client experience function, along with the addition of two new talented professionals, Dan Landsman and Allison Smith Terrey, with the goal to elevate its services to new heights.
Katherine Byrnes, a seasoned member of the Leopard Solutions family, will transition from the position of Client Success Manager to a newly created role, Director of Client Experience, to help develop and implement strategies that will expand and enhance client support. Now reporting to the VP of Data Operations and Product Development, Katherine will work closely with the product and client success teams, leveraging her deep domain expertise of the platform and user needs. She will ensure that Leopard Solutions maintains its position as a leader in the legal industry by leading the user experience, driving innovation, and expanding usage.
