Kimble Applications, the global leader in professional services automation (PSA), announced that it tops the G2 Momentum Grid for PSA for Fall 2019 by a wide margin.
Kimble, the only vendor ranked as a leader in every market-size segment, also scores highest among leading vendors on the independent review site’s Fall snapshot grids for customer satisfaction and employee adoption.
In the overall grid, Kimble is also first for return on investment – the payback period. Kimble customers estimate this at 14 months, compared to FinancialForce at 20 months and Netsuite at 24 months.

Enterprise customers rate Kimble particularly highly. Almost nine in ten – 87% – said they were “highly likely” to recommend Kimble, compared to 81% for Financial Force and 72% for Netsuite. Kimble took the #1 position overall in customer satisfaction in the mid-market grid.

It identifies those that are on a high-growth trajectory based on user satisfaction scores, employee growth, and digital presence. Kimble was also top of the Momentum grid earlier this year.
