“InMoment aims to create an environment where each employee feels valued,” said Wendy Rand, InMoment Chief Human Resource Officer. “For women, this often begins with helping them find their voice, attaining the knowledge they need to excel in their career, creating networking connections, and gaining leadership opportunities. This validation is encouraging, and we have more work to do to drive our inclusion and diversity efforts even more.”

The award list was compiled from survey results of 75,000 Americans working for companies that have over 1,000 employees conducted by Forbes and Statista. The survey included questions regarding company culture, career development opportunities, salary, working conditions, and diversity.
