Ancora Education Partners With Amazon’s Career Choice Program To Provide Education And Training To Amazon Employees

According to a Gallup survey commissioned by Amazon, 48% of American workers would switch to a new job if offered skills training opportunities and 65% of workers believe employer-provided upskilling is very important when evaluating a potential new job. Recognizing the importance of upskilling as a powerful retention and recruitment tool, in 2019 Amazon’s Career Choice program partnered with Ancora Education to provide its hourly employees access to the technical, hands-on training and classroom education courses they value in an employer.

AUGA Group, AB Progresses With Its Employee Motivation Scheme

AUGA group, AB (hereinafter, the Company) is progressing with its employee motivation scheme through share options. The Company has made a decision to allocate a further 2.04 million shares to the employees and members of management bodies (hereinafter, Employees) of the Company and its subsidiaries (hereinafter, the Group). Cyber Career Exchange Launches To Fill The Workforce Gap In Cybersecurity

The national network of cyber communities, CyberUSA, has partnered with Superus Careers in launching the Cyber Career Exchange platform, aimed at supporting national, regional, and state level communities to fill a growing gap in cybersecurity jobs. Cybersecurity talent gaps exist across the country with nearly 600,000 unfilled positions, according to CyberSeek, a data analysis and aggregation project supported by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE). Closing these gaps requires detailed knowledge of the cybersecurity workforce.
