Accruent Academy Unveils New Training Model For Lucernex And Maintenance Connection Customers

Accruent, the leading provider of solutions to manage the built environment, announced that the Accruent Academy, its product training center, will provide standard essential online training to every customer account starting in July of 2021. This will initially affect the Lucernex and Maintenance Connection product lines, and more products will be incorporated over the next two years. This new model aims to streamline the training process, reduce overall training costs, and make ongoing product training more widely available – which, in turn, will help Accruent customers maximize software adoption, increase enablement, and achieve greater software ROI.

Sage Report Reveals Opportunity For HR Leaders To Make A Greater Business Impact

HSB Survey Shows A Third Of Small Businesses Experience Workplace Violence

Workplace violence has occurred at one-third of small businesses, HSB reported on the results of a survey of owners and managers, and many worry the problem is getting worse.

The HSB poll by Zogby Analytics found 34 percent of the small and mid-size businesses responding had experienced at least one serious employee threat or violent incident.
