HR Path announced that it had reached a definitive contract to acquire 100 percent of the Global HRIS consulting firm Exaserv Inc. Exaserv was founded in 2004 and provided local and international customers with SuccessFactors and benefit focus advice, delivery and integration services. Exaserv has teams in North America, Europe and Asia.
“This deal empowers us to boost our Global SAP SuccessFactors capacity. HR Path is one of the few SAP SuccessFactors partners with global coverage. With the Exaserv team joining our group, we are strengthening our business in North America, especially in the US, along with Benelux and India,” says François Boulet, Co-CEO – HR Path.
