HR Experts Laurie Ruettimann and Joey V. Price Join the Workforce Institute at UKG Board of Advisors

The Workforce Institute at UKG, a think tank that helps organizations drive performance by addressing HCM issues while providing an important voice for employees including frontline and hourly workers announced that award-winning HR experts Laurie Ruettimann and Joey V. Price have joined the institute’s distinguished board of advisors.

Ruettimann is an HR leader turned writer, speaker, and entrepreneur known for her common-sense style and straightforward approach to workforce issues. Her podcast, Punk Rock HR, is one of the fastest-growing management and business podcasts on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify, and Pandora. For more than 20 years, Ruettimann has been telling work-life stories and building solutions to drive better employment experiences, increase retention rates, and improve job satisfaction. CNN recognized Ruettimann as one of the top five career advisors in the United States, and her work has been featured by NPR, The New Yorker, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and Vox. Her latest book, Betting On You: How to Put Yourself First and (Finally) Take Control of Your Career, published last year.

A seasoned HR professional with experience in multiple organizations, Price advocates for businesses to translate their goals into high return on investment through happily engaged staff members. In addition to The Workforce Institute, he also serves on the advisory board for the HR department at the Forbes School of Business and Technology at the University of Arizona and the Ethics in Artificial Intelligence Board at Arena Analytics in Baltimore, Maryland.
