HireVue Appoints Ilene Landon as Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Delivery

HireVue, provider of the most comprehensive AI-driven talent assessment suite and video interviewing solutions, announced that Ilene Landon has joined the company as its Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Delivery. In this role, Landon will help expand HireVue’s professional services offering with broader implementation capabilities to maximize customer success.

Landon comes to HireVue with more than twenty years of leadership experience within technology companies. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President, Professional Services at MicroStrategy, where she led a transformation of the services organization to more productized, outcome-based, value-added services. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Professional Services for SumTotal Systems, and spent more than seven years in leadership roles at SuccessFactors, with five of those years spent as Director of Professional Services, focusing on project management and outcome-based delivery.

Landon is actively involved in mentoring women in leadership groups, and served on a team at MicroStrategy focused on the development of women leaders. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
