“We’re bringing Texas know-how and Texas professionals into the Hire Dynamics family, carefully selecting partners who share our commitment to a truly people-first culture”
Hire Dynamics’ expansion in Texas in 2021 has been dramatic. It began the year with two Texas locations. By June, the company opened a Lewisville office, making Dallas the strategic center of the company’s growth in Texas under the leadership of Hire Dynamics Vice President Lisa Cooney. The September acquisition of 40-year-old, Dallas-based Select Staff brought Hire Dynamics’ total branches to 13.

With this purchase of The Daniel Group, another long-tenured Texas company that was founded just one year before Select Staff, Hire Dynamics has assembled a total 22 offices. This broad base equips them to tap talent in nearly all the state’s markets with a team of professionals skilled in the staffing for roles in manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, contact center and office support roles.
The Daniel Group also brings Hire Dynamics its deep expertise in placing engineering professionals in Texas’ power industry and expands its local capacity to fill finance and accounting roles.
“We’re bringing Texas know-how and Texas professionals into the Hire Dynamics family, carefully selecting partners who share our commitment to a truly people-first culture,” said Hire Dynamics CEO Billy Milam.

Hire Dynamics takes culture seriously, having been named a “Best Place to Work” 39 times across its various locations since its founding in 2001. Similarly, The Daniel Group has been named a Best Places to Work Houston winner and received many honors for excellence in staffing.
“The cultural fit and the business philosophy of Hire Dynamics so closely mirrors what we have strived to build for our employees, clients and candidates,” reflected The Daniel Group CEO Jarrod Daniel. “In selling our family-owned-and-built business into the Hire Dynamics family, I am confident it will bring new opportunities for all involved.”
Hire Dynamics VP Lisa Cooney adds, “The two companies will transition to the Hire Dynamics brand over the course of 2021 and ensure a seamless transition of employees and operations to build winning strategies to serve customers in Texas.”
Hire Dynamics is owned by MSouth Equity Partners, a leading Southeast private equity company headquartered in Atlanta.
