Fiverr Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Fiverr International Ltd. announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Fiverr intends to list its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FVRR.”

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will act as lead joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and UBS Securities LLC will also act as book-running managers for the proposed offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., JMP Securities LLC and Needham & Company, LLC will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
