The System and Organization Controls (SOC) examination is completed by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and provides transparency relative to the control environment between the company and its customers or stakeholders. The examination specifically reviewed management’s controls over the services provided by ExtensisHR to user entities when those controls are likely to be relevant to user entities’ internal control over financial reporting.
“Another successful completion of the SOC 1 audit reaffirms that our services meet and exceed the strictest industry standards,” said Saul Shame, Chief Financial Officer at ExtensisHR. “Providing compliant service is of the utmost importance and this achievement further establishes us as a trusted and secure partner for our customers. We look forward to continually enhancing our solutions and operating with the highest degree of integrity and transparency.”
The examination was performed by EisnerAmper, a leading national audit, accounting, advisory, consulting and tax services organization. ExtensisHR’s customers, prospects, and partners may receive the SOC report upon request.
“SOC reports are the gold standard certifications governed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),” said John Fodera, Partner, EisnerAmper. “We are pleased to once again work with ExtensisHR on such an important milestone.”
