“Technology plays an important role in how we improve service and scale our business,” said Blake Morris, Chief Executive Officer of ExtensisHR. “Alan brings deep experience leading large, complex technology initiatives, and he understands how to translate that work into better operating performance and a better experience for clients and colleagues. We are excited to welcome him to the team.”

Missen brings more than 35 years of experience leading technology transformation, systems modernization, and enterprise integration efforts across a range of industries, including HR, financial services, healthcare, information services, and professional services. “I’m pleased to join ExtensisHR at an important point in its growth,” added Missen. “The company has a strong reputation, a clear direction, and an opportunity to build on its already robust technology foundation. I look forward to working with the team to strengthen capabilities across the business and support the service experience ExtensisHR is known for.”

Missen follows the addition of Jen Morrow to ExtensisHR’s executive team in January 2026 and demonstrates the Company’s continued investment in leadership and operational strength as it enters its next phase of growth.
