“Our vision for Crosschq since day one has been to leverage AI to create a new category that helps companies hire better and build more diverse teams,” said Mike Fitzsimmons, CEO and Co-Founder of Crosschq. “To be chosen for this is validating that we are on the right track.”
Between now and December, Crosshq will have access to curated mentorship from SAP executives, opportunities to collaborate with SAP customers, exposure to SAP technology and application programming interfaces (APIs). The program will culminate at the SAP.iO Cohort Demo Day in December 2020.
“The traditional reference check process is broken – it’s slow, costly and can be a liability for introducing bias,” said Domitilla Caputo, Head of SAP.iO Foundry San Francisco. “We have been impressed with how Crosschq’s platform helps reduce unconscious bias by standardizing the reference process. It’s one of the reasons why they were chosen for this cohort.”
